Welcome to OLA, the Texas Water Development Board’s Online Application. OLA allows entities to submit and manage Project Information Forms and applications for financial assistance from any of the TWDB’s funding programs. It is designed to streamline and simplify the application process.

TWDB Messages
All reported issues with data saving in the Online Loan Application system have been resolved, and the system remains operational. While working in OLA, please keep in mind the following general tips:
- If you are having issues with OLA saving your data, do not use the links on the left to move through sections in your Project Information Form (PIF).
- You should press "Next" before moving to a new section to make sure OLA saves the data.
- Before exiting OLA, go back and make sure your data was saved.
