ATTENTION: The release of the U.S. Census 2024 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates data that will be used to determine an entity’s Disadvantaged Community eligibility has been delayed and will not be available until early February 2026. Entities who are seeking Disadvantaged Community eligibility should complete all sections of their PIFs in OLA except for the “Disadvantaged Community p2B” page and keep their PIFs in the “In_Progress” status until the data is available and the PIFs can be completed and submitted.

The Online Loan Application system will be offline for maintenance beginning at 5:00 PM CST on Friday, December 12th, 2025 and is expected to be back online by 5:30 PM.
